We got to work. First each of us made a plan. Here are some plans. Then we discussed how we need to be flexible with the building materials. As well, there are times when we make a plan and sometimes we need to change the plan - AND THAT'S OK.
Here are some plans and our designers at work!

Kananaskis In the Classroom: Today we had a performance in the Gym, where we learned about beavers and their habitat, food and behaviors. Here are some pics from the performance.
As well, we had a more 'in depth' presentation in our class with Brendan (the Kananaskis presenter) and learned more about beavers.
We were fortunate to have this today because in Grade 1 we study The Needs Of Plants and Animals. This curriculum topic will be further studied in May.
