Teacher Message: IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Tomorrow we will be going to the Children's Festival. Please make sure your child is ready. They need:
- very good walking shoes
- hearty lunch/snack and water
- sun protection (sunscreen, hat, sunglasses)
- kids will wear their school shirt (please be prepared to either put over a light shirt/tank top or change at school)
- they will be wearing a backpack with their lunch/snack/water/and any sun protection. Please NO extra things in their backpack. Help them clean out the backpack tonight. NO AGENDA TOMORROW.

Science: Today we learned about a KWL chart. K = what we think we know about the topic, W = what do you want to know about the topic L = what you learned about the topic. With the sub today, the students gave many facts they thought they knew about Pandas. As well, students had questions that they want to know about Pandas. The 'L' part will be filled in after our visit to the zoo on June 7.
In the coming weeks...
We are moving on to The Needs of Plants and Animals. Here is a video on Living/Non-Living Things. Please discuss things around your house and sort them into the proper group.
