Becoming Writers...

Today we worked on using key words (Bill Richardson, author, pilot...) to tell two things we learned about our author's visit to our school. We tried to write two sentences.

This can be a big concept for many kids but we'll get there. You could try this at home.
Review an experience such as your camping trip. Key words: mountains, tent, sleeping bag, food, water, 3.... Then take those words and tell about your camping trip.
My family went camping in the mountains, We took our supplies and stayed there for 3 days.
